incompetent to manage big school like CNCHS, He is fitted in BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOLS. Pincipal III, IV or Vocational School Administrator ang dapat sa CNCHS not Principal II nga bag lang ma promote from Principal I.

3."waay ti mahaboy sa puno ka paho kung ini la bunga" possible man nga isa ka bagay ang ginakontra si KOKEY is because inggit,di gid ni ma avoid!haha
4.di cya cabatuananon,hambal sang iban "ang cabatuan para lang gid sa cabatuananon"dats da rizon nga la ta gina try accept ang iban even if they are good.
5.gina implement na nga rules di gusto sang kalabanan ex. pagsira ka gate kung di kaatend flag(di gid ni gsto sang estudyante).but we know it's right
6.pagpasira sang stores sa sulod skul,sakto man a nga bagay kay accrding ja memrandom canteen lang gid, tpos additional nga store kung magexceed sa limit sang canteen.,
kag ang CNCHS may YECS,COOP,CANTEEN,pwede naman cguro,may foodcourt pa.,haha
7.ang sa indi pagpauli sang student sang hambal nga may signal #2,kung basehan m,sala gid eh,galing daw parehas man bala sang sitwasyon nga"malupok ang bulkan py la man ti babala o paandam,bayaan m bala ang imo pagmamay'ari?dba indi!".
8.(Hambog raw),di mu gid ni ya miwasan,kung kailangan malang maugot kita sa tawo nga hambog daad tanan dulang magkontrahanai kay tanan kita may part sa sarili nga hambog.
9.biskan sala pa sa panulukan sang iba kung sakto sa imo,imo gid na ya sundon m,dba?and watever nga hambal sang iban nga sala,di ya na pagpatihon der4 duwa lang na kabagay,see situation like how he see's it or just kill him para la ka problema

ang isyo sa ayam is a matter of life and death, not pride and respect.
san-o pa siya/kita magbugtaw? kung nakapatay na ang pitbull? ang mga estudyante, waay man ran ti liwan kundi kita, kamo, mga pakas, utod kag parinti ta man. ayti, hulat ka na lang maghibi-hibi sa parada. nali bala ikaw ang hibian. gets?
ako may panindigan man. siya lang nga? i loathe the day when i have to tell him nga "hambal ko gid!" i hope that day doesn't come. kung may matabo, sin-o ang basolon ta, si Mr. Gatungay? laban laban, kita man, because we didn't do enough.
there is no winner-loser in this issue. tanan kita loser kung may matabo, including Mr. Gatungay.
if he is looking for respect, hatagan ko siya pontos if he remove his dog.

yes may punto ka kag tama ka hanggod,mu gani hambal ko nga daw la gid q ti depensa saamo sina nga tira but then after sang complaint,Mr. G made a fast action in regards to it!hai,
and probably one reason why he brought his dog sa school is the reason of campanionship.,kw b sa punto na!
huo,delikado gid man,di gid na maiwasan.,"you can't avoid danger"
but then the practicalist will say "i'l put everyone at risk for the sake of my security,for i believe that i,myself will still bring the progress in many"dba?
and maybe one reason nga gindala ya ang pitbull sa skul,kay possible nga (la cya kabalo nga bawal,assured cya nga safe ang dogz ya,he thought wala ti maapektuhan)
kung amo ja panulok m sa isa kabagay,ubrahon m gid na kag ipersue m kay la ka kabalo nga may maapektuhan,kag advantage pa b cmo.,dba?
therefore we can't blame him for mistakes he have done.,whaha

Hay indi ko gid mapunggan nga mag-comment. Hindi na man ko student sang CNCHS subong kay dugay na ko graduate but base from the things nga nabatian ko, i can say that i strongly dislike the things that the new CNCHS OIC is doing to our school. I don't hate Mr. Gatungay but i abhor his actions.
It is of my opinion that Mr. Gatungay is doing things rashly. Bal-an nya na gid nga bag-o lang sya naappoint da sa school, damo na sya ginahimo nga mga butang without consulting the faculty. He should know that change cannot be done overnight. Tani matuto sya anay makisama sa mga empleyado ya. I really believe that an effective leader is one who has a harmonious relationship with his subordinates. Amo na nga wala sya ginarespeto sang mga tinawo nya kay sya mismo la man gaparespeto.
As for the pitbull issue, i think that dog does not belong in the office. My God! His turning the administration building into a kennel. Kung may makagat bi da, sya mabakal Imovax? Sa ginhambal ni poemlover nga basi the reason is wala sya kabalo nga indi pwede ang pitbull ya, then that is the most idiotic reason i have ever encountered. Ever heard of the Latin phrase Ignorantia juris non excusat? Ignorance of the law excuses no one. No more explanation needed.
About naman sa ginahambal nyo nga paninindigan ya, i think wrong man guro nga manindigan kaw kung in the first place sala ang mga bagay nga ginapanindigan mo.
Sa ginhambal sang iba da nga basi inggit lang ta sa iya, i have only one thing to say. Give me one good reason why we should envy him.
Kung about naman sa signal# 2 nga wala ya ginapauli ang mga students ya, amo gid na pinakadako ya nga sala. Sobra pa sya sa DepEd?! As the person in charge, he should first and foremost keep in mind the safety sang nasakupan ya. Kung natumbahan bi sang kahoy o nakuryente ang mga students da, sya manabat?!
Lastly, i leave Mr. Gatungay this message: the key to successful leadership is influence, not authority. Stop using your power as a leader for all the wrong reasons. Daw bag-o ka lang katiraw ka ginatawag nga autoridad nga daw indi kaw kamaan mag-gamit. Stop being an authoritarian. Instead use your power to motivate your people to work harder for the betterment of our school. We love CNCHS. We are where we are right now because of that school and we will most definitely not let someone like you destroy the name of our alma mater.

Ang akon matugda about the Signal #2 issue is this.
The "storm warning" was meant to put kids in their homes safely before the calamity strikes.
Pag-umpisa kang uran, dapat sa balay na ina sila.
The storm warning was not meant to put kids in greater danger by making them face the storm in the streets.
That's why maskin waay pa ti uran, gina issuehan na sang signal. Kids must be allowed to go home while the conditions are still safe. Waiting for the storm to strike before allowing the kids to go home is defeating the purpose of the alert system.
If the DepEd says, papuliun ang mga estudyante, it is in the Principal's best interest to follow. Because if he doesn't kag may natabo sa mga estudyante because of that refusal or delayed action, then the blame is squarely on him. This applies to all Principal, not just Mr. Gatungay.

Nag iba na gd man ang CNCHS. BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL NA ANG DATING, Wala na naga function ang Department head ka CNCHS.
Wala nanagarespeto ang employee ka CNCHS sa GOOD PRINCIPAL JEROME GATUNGAY. Tulad lang ran natabo sa CNCHS.
Ang tadlong nga pamaagi nagtiko.
CONGRATULATIONS pwede ka na mapromote HEAD TEACHER.

Ako mismo nangin estudyante man sang CNCHS mu gani di ko man mapunggan mag-comment, well based lang sa mga nabasa ko diri sa forum ha, and I guess enough na guro mga nabasa ka para maka-comment man ako. Now this one is contradicting...put everyone at risk to bring progress to many? WTF! how can you bring progress if you already inflicted danger? Now who will you bring progress to, the people/students you risked? Bull Crap!  Never ever will this reasoning be right. this is again another bull crap! Come to think of it, bringing a pitbull at school where you know that there are children and students at risk? d**n! this is not a freak'n dog show my friend! Paano ka napromote sa Principal II kung amo ina idiolohiya mo? Kung ako miski teacher's board indi ta ka pagpapasarun. Then who should we blame? the pitbull? indi ka magkadlaw kay kung tuod-tuod na cabatuananon ka indi mo pagkadlawan ang bagay na balan mo involved ikaw kag mga pamilya mo na ara pa gaiskwela o gatudlo sa CNCHS. Lastly, is this JEROME GATUNGAY "Principal II" still the admin of CNCHS? I can see this will be a mess. As soon as possible PTA should do something about this before it gets worst. People who are like him, who doesn't care about the welfare of the students and who tends to abuse his authority should be evicted...no not evicted...should be kicked-out, literally, of CNCHS grounds!
