 I am looking for my child whom is an American citizen (Chad Michael Colacion-Pancoast) who has been wrongfully retained by his paternal Grandparents since the death of his mother (Nenette C. Colacion-Pancoast ) and my wife from complications of cervical cancer while at the Mission Hospital. Last known address: 94 San Pedro Street, Janiuay Iloilo 5000-5034. May be in attendance at the CenterPhil Montessori International School. I am his biological father and legal next of kin.  It has been nearly 2 1/2 years since Chad Michael Colacion-Pancoast has been seen or heard from. Please contact me if anyone has information as to the health and welfare of the said child above. I love and miss you baby, love daddy (Carl ) Please return home to New York City
