My name is Carl Pancoast and I am the father of Chad Michael, he has been wrongfully retained in the P.I. since the death of his mother (Nenette C. Colacion-Pancoast ) from complications of cervical cancer (September 6, 2006.) while at the Mission Hospital.

Anyone with information please contact me.

I want to work on the reunification process with my baby boy and bring him back to New York in the United States of America.

if he is with his grandparents or any othe relatives,it would be easy for you to get him from
them......you said he is an american citizen???.....so when it comes to legalities regarding
