 (July 2006) Milk procesing plant groundbreaking. Iloilo Gov. Niel Tupas leads in the cutting of ribbon during the groundbreaking of the proposed first-ever Milk Processing Plant in Iloilo located at the grounds of the Tigbauan National High School. With him are Tigbauan OIC Mayor Agaton Tumabotabo, Tigbauan NHS Principal Lira Casenas, Iloilo Federation of Cooperatives Chair Profetiso Cambronero, and National Dairy Authority Administrator Salvacion Bulatao.
