Hi, thank you for bringing this site on the net. It's good so that people could express/share their ideas about certain topics.
Bulad is a dialect word means "dried-up". It is said that this barangay was the hiding place for bundits. This is where they dried up the "palay" or rice they have stolen from farmers of the neighboring barangays. Today, I'm proud to tell everyone that no more existing bundits present in this barangay. However, it is sad to know that life here is not as good as it is suppose to be. Majority of the people here falls below the poverty line. Very few professionals are living in this place. The barangay itself cannot sustain its agricultural production to its constituents. (Most of the people here are harvesters of rice to the neighboring barangays of towns). The barangay officials are lowly educated that could not think of a better project that could give source of income to its people. How I wise in the coming election, the people make sound decision for a leader who could deliver services intented for its people for the progress of this barangay.
