We had been applying for a telephone landline in Balabago since 1999 but in vain. There are times that there is no signal for cellphones either. We need business- minded persons who would take care of this matter. How long should we wait? It would be great if this problem could be taken cared of. No telephone, no internet connection. What a pity !!!

hi,
there is no internet connection in entire san joaquin. all the way from iloilo to antique san joaquin is the only place with no internet connection. that town is neglected. can we do something?
