 Looking for an internationally retained child( Chad Michael Colacion-Pancoast ) who is an American citizen and wrongfully in the P.I. since the death of his mother (Nenette C. Colacion-Pancoast ) from complications of cervical cancer while at the Mission Hospital back in September 2006.

Chad is no longer studying at CenterPhil International School. As what I have learned, he is now studying in Oton, Iloilo and was living with an uncle there.
